Place the articles together with the completed return slip in the original shipping box and glue it tightly shut. If this is no longer available, please use a sturdy cardboard box and fill in the spaces in between well.

Stick the return label on the shipping box and bring the package to a postal branch - the customer bears the postage costs. Please keep the post office receipt in a safe place until your return is complete. Within the next few days you will receive a refund for the faultless returned items.

You can return your order within 14 days after delivery of the goods. This only applies to unworn and faultless pieces of jewellery. ATTENTION: If the jewellery is not returned in unworn and perfect condition, compensation may be claimed. For "free shipping orders" (from € 100): if the value of the goods falls below € 100 due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€ 5,- AT/€ 5,90 DE/€ 9,90 EU/€ 14,90 USA) will be retained.
