How can I order on the Internet?

Shopping from home - what could be more pleasant? Just make yourself comfortable on the sofa and click through our extensive range of products. Our shop is clearly arranged and allows you to navigate easily through product groups and category pictures. Sort our assortment, for example, by a desired category (bracelets, necklaces, earrings, etc.). Once you have found your desired article, click on the product image to obtain more detailed information on materials and available sizes.

Standard shipping within Austria costs € 5,- - within Germany
€ 5,90. For customers residing in all other EU countries shipping costs € 9,90. For customers residing in the USA shipping costs € 14,90. From a shopping cart of € 100,00 shipping is free of charge.

When you have found an article you would like to order, put it into the shopping cart by clicking on the button "Add to cart". A list of all the articles you have selected will be displayed here. Please check this list carefully before you click on "send". By clicking on the link "remove", you can easily delete items you do not wish to purchase.

If you have not yet finished shopping, go to the link "continue shopping". Once you have all the products you want in your shopping basket, select "Checkout". If you have a voucher, you can redeem it here.

To complete your virtual shopping trip, you must fill in the "Billing address" input mask. All fields marked with * are mandatory fields and must be filled in. If you are already a registered customer, you can simply log in with your e-mail and the password you have created.

Now you have to choose whether you want to pay by credit card (Visa, Master Card), instant bank transfer or Paypal.

Before you finally complete your order, please read our General Terms and Conditions (AGB) carefully. In order to submit your order form, you must confirm that you have read and accept the Terms and Conditions and Privacy Policy.

Can I also place my order by telephone?
Only online orders can be accepted.
Do I get a confirmation so that I know if my order was successful?
After we have received your order, we will send you an automatic order confirmation, which also contains your order number/invoice number.
How can I pay?
Payment is possible by instant bank transfer, Paypal or credit card (Visa and Master Card).
What are the shipping costs?
The standard shipping within Austria costs € 5,- - within Germany
€ 5.90. For customers residing in all other EU countries, shipping costs € 9.90. For customers residing in the USA, shipping costs € 14.90. For customers residing in the USA, shipping costs € 100.00 or more.
Will my order be delivered to any address?
We deliver within the European Union and to the USA. 
How are orders shipped?
Shipping is handled by Österreichische Post AG, DHL Paket GmbH or DHL Express.

Our products are delivered in the Liebesbeweis packaging shown in the pictures!
Are the packages insured?
All shipments Liebesbeweis sent by us are insured against theft and accidental damage. This insurance cover expires as soon as you have received your parcel and confirmed this with a signature.
Is shipping only possible on working days?
Yes, our service hours are Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 17.00 CET (except on public holidays).
However, orders can also be placed on weekends!
Where is the shipment sent from?

How long must I wait for my order?
A delivery will be made within 2-5 working days. In exceptional times, the duration of delivery may vary. We cannot accept any liability for delayed deliveries!
Is a signature necessary at the reception?
The receipt of all shipments must be confirmed with a signature.
What cancellation conditions do I have to observe?

All articles from deliveries to Austria and Germany can be returned within 14 days, the customer pays the postage costs - if you want to return an article, please note the following points:

- Return within 14 days after delivery

- Returns are only valid for unworn and faultless pieces
of jewellery. If the pieces of jewellery are not returned in unworn and faultless condition, compensation for lost value can be demanded.

- For GERMANY and AUSTRIA: For "free shipping orders" (from € 100): if the retained value of goods falls below € 100 due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€5,- AT/€ 5,90 DE) will be retained in the refund.

 - For all other EU countries as well as USA: Send the articles you want to return to us back to us. Use a traceable shipping method of your choice. Please make sure that your package is insured and that the return slip is enclosed. For "free shipping orders" (from € 100): if the retained value of goods drops below € 100 due to the return, the usual shipping costs (€ 9.90 EU/€ 14.90 USA) will be retained in the refund.

Please understand that a few days may pass between the return of the goods and the remittance of the purchase price. As soon as we have received the goods, you will receive a confirmation by email that your return has been processed.

An "exchange" is only possible through a new order, the shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.

ATTENTION: If the pieces of jewellery are not returned in unworn and perfect condition, a compensation for lost value can be demanded.

How do I contact customer service?

You can contact customer service by sending an e-mail to either customer service@liebesbeweis.at (for AT and DE) or customerservice@liebesbweis.at (mailto:customerservice@liebesbeweis.at) (for all other EU countries and USA). You can reach us during our service hours: from Monday to Friday from 8.00 to 17.00 (except public holidays). The availability of customer service may vary in exceptional times.

The newsletter can be cancelled at any time by unsubscribing (cancelling) (https://liebesbeweis.at/shop/newsletter) your e-mail address, as well as by clicking on the corresponding link in the newsletter.
How can I delete my account?
Please send a short and informal request from the e-mail address stored in your customer account to kundenservice@liebesbeweis.at (mailto:kundenservice@liebesbeweis.at). We will immediately delete your account.

How long is my voucher valid?
Our vouchers can be used for an unlimited time.
How do I pay with my voucher?
For the payment on www.liebesbeweis-shop.com (hliebesbeweisttp:// -shop.com) you need the gift card code. The amount to be paid will be deducted from your credit. No cash payment of the total amount or the remaining balance is possible. If the balance on the gift card is not sufficient, the rest of the amount can be paid with another payment method.
