The satisfaction of our customers is very important to us.
For this reason, we allow the return of unworn jewellery within a period of 14 days against presentation of the invoice.
The period for online orders of goods begins with the day of receipt of the goods by the customer (§11 Abs. 2 FAGG).
We ask for your understanding that we can only accept returns if they have been returned in due time.
In the event of a return, a full refund (for returns of the entire order) or a partial refund (for returns of partial orders) will be made. Prerequisite for this is the unused and resalable condition of the goods. Should this not be provided, we reserve the right to withhold the refund of the purchase price if necessary.
These shipping costs will not be refunded by us and will therefore be deducted from the purchase price!

If you revoke your purchase agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you immediately and at the latest within fourteen days of the day on which we receive notification of your revocation of this agreement, but we may refuse to refund until we have received the goods back in undamaged condition. For this refund we will use the same payment method you used for the original transaction.
